June 3rd…

Isaiah’s  date got moved up. So now instead of leaving for boot on the 17th he leaves on the 3rd. :( Not only does it suck that he leaves on an earlier day, but it also means I won’t be able to say goodbye to him since I won’t be home until the 9th.

I think I’m okay with the fact he leaves earlier… I mean he’d be leaving regardless. I just feel like I’m not there enough. I was away at school for his recruit field day thing, and now I’ll be in a completely different country for his departure. I said I’d be supportive, and I’m nowhere to be found for “the most important day of his life”. Poop.
